What this website collects
- Quote form: the name, company, email address, phone number, country or market, product interest, application, target quantity and message you type into it.
- Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, referring site and the actions taken on a page, if you accept analytics cookies.
- Your cookie choice: one value stored in your browser so the site does not ask again on every page.
The site has no user accounts, no shopping cart and no payment step, so it never collects a password or a card number.
Why we process it
An inquiry is processed to answer it: to read your load and site conditions, size a system and return a quotation. Analytics is processed to understand which pages and which technical content buyers actually use. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising or profiling on this site.
Who else processes it
- Web3Forms - receives the quote form submission and forwards it to our mailbox. The form does not post to a server we run.
- Google Analytics 4 - usage analytics, and only loaded after you accept analytics cookies.
- Our email provider - stores the resulting inquiry and our reply.
International transfers
SiRay Energy is based in China and the processors above operate infrastructure outside China. A submission may therefore be stored and processed in a country other than yours.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry only for as long as we need it to answer you and to handle any order that follows, and we delete it once that purpose is served, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will act on that request.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to a processing activity, or withdraw consent for analytics. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. Withdrawing analytics consent takes effect immediately through the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
