PV Cleaning Systems

Soiling costs a plant output every day it goes uncleaned. These machines put a 1200-2000 m²/h cleaning rate on the module rows, on the ground or on a slope, with one autonomous option and four remote-operated ones.

The Cleaning Range

  • Photovoltaic Cleaning Robots - 1200 to 2000 m²/h (5 models)

One autonomous machine with a charging station, plus four remote-operated models for slopes, wide rows and steep terrain.

Autonomous or Remote-Operated: How the Line Splits

The ASR102 works without an operator. It navigates by dual-channel RTK, cleans at 1200 m²/h, supports night operation and breakpoint resume, and returns to its own charging station between shifts. The SR series is driven by one person holding a single-hand remote from up to 300 m away, which is the cheaper answer when the array is small enough to supervise.

ASR102 - Autonomous Cleaning Robot

Runs itself: dual-channel RTK navigation, 1200 m²/h, night operation, breakpoint resume and a charging station. For flat arrays up to 10 degrees.

SR102 - Remote-Operated Cleaning Robot

The balanced 1500 m²/h machine: one operator drives it from 300 m, and the tri-clean module sprays, brushes and wipes in one pass.

SR102 Remote-Operated Cleaning Robot

SR103 - Remote-Operated Cleaning Robot, 20 degrees

The fastest single-brush machine at 2000 m²/h, with third-generation track drive that holds a line to 20 degrees.

SR103 Remote-Operated Cleaning Robot

SR202 - Remote-Operated Cleaning Robot, Twin Brush

Two 1.2 m roller brushes cover a wide module row in one pass, and the chassis steps over a 300 mm frame gap.

SR202 Remote-Operated Cleaning Robot

SR203 - Remote-Operated Cleaning Robot, 30 degrees

The steep-terrain machine: 30 degrees of inclination, a 400 mm gap, a 50 mm step and twin 1.4 m brushes at 2000 m²/h.

What the Whole Line Has in Common

  • IP65 enclosures and a -20 to 60 ℃ operating range for outdoor work year round.
  • Rollers that clear dust, oil stains and bird droppings, the three contaminants that actually cost output.
  • 2nd to 3rd generation track drive with omnidirectional ultrasonic anti-fall protection.
  • Wind limit of 13.9 m/s, below Beaufort 7, on every model.
  • A one-year warranty and a six-year design service life.

Where These Machines Are Used

Utility-scale ground-mount plants clean on a fixed cycle, so throughput and a machine that can be left alone both matter. Mountain and fishery-solar hybrid sites add slope, which is why the range runs from 10 to 30 degrees of max inclination. Commercial and industrial rooftop arrays add a different constraint: nobody wants a water hose on the roof, so dry sweeping with the roller alone is a supported mode.

Cleaning Capacity in Real Terms

A 1200 m²/h machine clears 1 to 1.5 MW of module per day; the 2000 m²/h machines clear 1.5 to 2 MW. Against a utility-scale plant measured in tens of megawatts, that is a shift pattern rather than a single pass, which is why the autonomous model and the charging station matter at that size.
