Scope

These terms cover your use of sirayenergy.com. The sale of any product or system is governed by the quotation, order confirmation and contract signed for that project, not by this page.

What the published information means

Specifications on this site come from the manufacturer datasheets for each model and are published to help you shortlist equipment. They are not a binding offer. Where a figure matters to your design, the binding figure is the one stated in your signed quotation and the datasheet issued with it.

Quotations, prices and lead times

No price is published on this site. Every price comes from a quotation prepared for a specific configuration and destination. Lead time depends on quantity and configuration, and is stated in writing with the quotation. There is no minimum order quantity.

Warranty

Five years is the baseline warranty term on SiRay equipment, counted from delivery or commissioning as stated in the order, and it covers manufacturing defects under the operating conditions in the product manual. Longer coverage can be quoted for a specific project. The warranty text that applies to you is the one issued with your order.

Content and images

The text, layout and original photography on this site belong to SiRay Energy. Partner brand names, logos and datasheets remain the property of their owners and are used with permission. Summaries of third-party reports identify their source and link to it. You may quote and link to a page, and you may use our published product images to describe equipment you are buying or reselling. Do not present them as photographs of your own installation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude a liability that cannot be excluded by law. Liability for the supply of equipment or a system is governed by the contract signed for that project, not by this page.
